TATTOO ARTS FESTIVAL

This festival is very popular with people who have tattoos. I decided to do an American Traditional tattoo style because it is one of the most famous and recognizable tattoo styles. I chose a rose because it is a very popular tattoo. My goal was to attract people to this event. I wanted it to have a more rugged old look with the texture because the style of the tattoo is so old.
